Our care begins with an intimate exploration of your and your family’s needs, values, and goals regarding decisions about your health and care now and going forward.

People of all ages experience curiosity and anxiety about how their healthcare journey will unfold. Some are experiencing acute changes in their medical needs, while others are planning for their future. Everyone wants to avoid the confusion and frustration that often accompany changes in health conditions and questions about what to do next.

Our expert physicians and doulas meet you where you are to learn about what’s most important to you, and help you identify the best decisions and path forward. We take the time to understand what’s important to you and your loved ones, and what care options are available, so we can co-create a plan of care that supports you in experiencing clarity about your circumstances and the best path forward in your healthcare journey. You and your family will leave the session with greater peace of mind and a deeper sense of comfort and security.

For those who are interested, we can also offer a unique plan of ongoing care and coordination tailored to your specific needs and your family’s interests.

Bob and Elizabeth are just very gentle souls. There was no pressure and shared with my wife Rachel and I the many options you have to consider. It felt just like someone putting their arms around you.

[Dr. Bill Parker]

For us as a family, Bob and Elizabeth gave us the tranquility and support that we needed at that moment. It made a total difference in the way my Dad passed away. It allowed me to be the daughter and not a nurse.
