Complimentary Consultations

You can request a free consultation with an Empowered Endings provider at any time. To do so, complete a contact form here requesting a consultation. For purposes of healthcare privacy, please don’t share any personal health information in the form; we can discuss those topics during your consultation. You an also call us at (858) 925-7554.

During your consultation, you can talk about your circumstances and wishes. We’ll tell you more about our model of care. Together we’ll determine if Empowered Endings is a good fit for you. If so, we’ll schedule a time for an initial visit. If not, we’ll try to help identify useful resources that would be a good fit for your needs.

Empowered Endings is a private pay model. We accept payment from our clients in the form of checks, ACH debits, and credit cards. We’re unable to accept Medicare, MediCal, or private insurance payments. This payment model allows us to deliver the highest level of expert care that is tailored exactly to the needs and wishes of our patients and their loved ones. We also work on a sliding scale, so we’re able to provide support and care for people without the ability to pay the standard fees.

Bob and Elizabeth are just very gentle souls. There was no pressure and shared with my wife Rachel and I the many options you have to consider. It felt just like someone putting their arms around you.

For us as a family, Bob and Elizabeth gave us the tranquility and support that we needed at that moment. It made a total difference in the way my Dad passed away. It allowed me to be the daughter and not a nurse.
