What is the Empowered Endings Planning Platform?
This certification will not only teach you all you need to know about guiding people through creating their End of Life Plan but also how to use the Empowered Endings Planning Platform. The HIPAA-compliant platform will provide you and your clients with a safe and secure platform to document one’s End of Life preferences, ensuring the medical team and health care agents are informed.
After guiding your clients through the planning process, they will receive customized documents and videos, shared via QR codes, ensuring their care preferences are easily accessible and clearly communicated even when they can’t express them themselves. Following the Empowered Endings approach to End of Life Planning, this platform creates a framework for advanced directive that goes beyond the standard directives, enabling your clients to document specific wishes, including their preferences around legal End of Life Options, dementia, and even recorded video wishes.
