Elizabeth Uslander, MSW, MTS, is a mission-driven executive leader, dedicated healthcare professional, and passionate social entrepreneur at the helm of the movement to humanize healthcare. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Empowered Endings™, and the Executive Chair of Empowered Endings™ Foundation, Elizabeth works to optimize palliative and end-of-life care by ensuring transformational care and free education and support for patients, families and professionals alike. Elizabeth is a passionate change agent committed to humanity, dignity, and choice throughout life, and especially in its final chapters.

As the Founder and CEO of her private practice Voyages, Elizabeth combines deep interpersonal relationships with a unique blend of psychology, philosophy, and spiritual practices that support healing as she walks with clients through life’s major transitions.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Georgetown University, and was inducted into the Theta Alpha Kappa and Phi Alpha Honor Societies before going on to earn her Master of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary, and her Master of Social Work cum laude at the University of Southern California, where she was inducted into the Societe d’Arete. Elizabeth is a lover of family, travel, nature, and art.
