The Empowered Endings Institute’s educational programs are built on the successful foundation of the Empowered Endings Model of Care. This model of care, proven after nearly a decade of co-creating transformational experiences for patients aging and facing complex and terminal illnesses, their loved ones, and the providers who support them, have the support, knowledge, and tools needed to create an Empowered End of Life Experience™ with the dignity and agency we all deserve.
Our Community Education, offered in partnership provides community members an opportunity learn more about the final stages of life, including Aging Well, Dementia Care, Palliative and End of Life Care, Grief and Bereavement, Family Support, and so much more! It’s an approach that prioritizes dignity, agency, and support for all individuals, their loved ones, and collaborating providers.
